New clients can schedule a free initial consult or go straight to a full intake appointment. Please use the form below to get in touch.
New client process
If an available spot fits with your schedule, our front desk will invite you to our client portal to complete consent forms. Once these are completed, we check benefits and then schedule/confirm a 60-minute intake appointment with you.
Intake appointments are an opportunity to determine relational and clinical fit given the approaches we use and how you feel during the interaction. It's also an opportunity to begin assessment and discuss what treatment might look like, your intentions for therapy, and what you're hoping for as an outcome.
If you, or we, decide we're unable to support you at this time then we will work with you to provide referrals for alternative providers and care.
Location
Our main and administrative office is located in Everett, WA. We are located on the second floor of an ADA-accessible building. Free parking is available and we are also on common bus routes.
