Who We Are
Jessica, LMHC
She/Her, Clinical Supervisor
I love to facilitate reflective yet practical therapy that has the potential to bring about long-term benefits. I come to this profession with experience working in the trauma and education fields, both overseas and in the U.S. as part of refugee, trafficking, domestic violence, and trauma response teams.

I have an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, an M.A. in International Development, and post-graduate training in relevant areas such as complex trauma, grief, attachment, affective neuroscience, and early childhood mental health. I'm a Master A.R.T. Therapist (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and EMDR-trained through EMDRIA. I'm also a NARM®-Informed Professional, a Circle of Security® Parenting™ Facilitator, and a certified Safe and Sound Protocol Listening Therapy provider. I have completed IFS-adjacent trainings and somatic therapy studies.

I believe it's a privilege that I get to be a therapist every day and I truly respect what goes into the process of entrusting your story to someone else - even if it's just for one hour each week. My hope for those I work with is that they will leave therapy with more self-kindness, self-knowledge, helpful tools, and a sense of resilience and recovery that will continue to serve them as they move forward in life.
Carlos, LSWAIC
They/Them, Staff Therapist, Brainspotting Therapist
I'm passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ and trauma survivors with an approach rooted in the sincere belief that you are the expert on your own life. Using both somatic and cognitive therapies, my hope is that you learn to reconnect with yourself and those around you as we move through your therapeutic journey together.

I have a Master's of Social Work in Mental Health and Substance Use, as well as training and interest in mindfulness-based approaches, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and other supportive modalities. I also bring a rich history working as a yoga and meditation instructor, which not only adds to my toolbox for assisting you but also informs the way I show up and facilitate the therapy process.

Together, we will develop a sense of trust and collaborative plan of care that gives you the support and tools you're seeking. My role as your therapist isn't to provide a prescription for what you should do, but to hold space that supports your unique process and path to healing - allowing you to have invaluable agency over your own story.

I am honored and humbled to hold space for you on your journey to recovery and healing. I love to work with each unique human that sits in front of me, no matter where you come from or where you want to go. I am particularly passionate about working with LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent individuals, and religious trauma survivors.
I have an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and work from a humanistic, person-centered foundation. I enjoy supporting clients through EMDR, somatic approaches, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and other trauma-sensitive modalities. Before becoming a clinician, I worked in social services supporting a wide array of populations, from high school and college students, to adults, to families and their young children.

Our work will start wherever you need it to begin. Kellsie, MA, LMHCA
She/Her, Staff Therapist
Whatever you bring to the table, I begin each therapy journey by developing an understanding and warm relationship with you. I encourage imperfection to show up so that you can be deeply seen and known. Together, we build a safe and compassionate space where you get to honor your story and find the healing you're seeking.
My approach with clients is trauma-informed and influenced by evidence-based therapies such as DBT. Most importantly, I work to meet you where you are and tailor my approach and interventions to your individual needs. I enjoy connecting with clients from all walks of life and feel particularly drawn to working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I have additional specialized training in work with transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals and their families.

There are many parts that make us who we are and I strive to honor this diversity and intersectionality in the therapy room. I work hard to understand the systems of oppression that impact you and dismantle the systemic biases that are ingrained in our society.

Thank you for being here. Starting your healing journey can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where honesty, self-discovery, and even a touch of humor can flourish.

My approach is deeply relational, informed by a holistic, multicultural, and trauma-focused perspective. I offer therapy for individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, loss, challenging relationships, and issues with self-esteem and identity. To support and empower you, I use a variety of methods, including Art Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices, and psychoeducation. Together, we'll build on your strengths and explore your values and goals. I’ll encourage you to reflect on and adjust any patterns that no longer serve you, guiding you towards a more fulfilling future.

I became interested in providing therapy because I experienced personally the power of being witnessed. With an M.A. in Art Therapy and experience working with people from ages 6 to 104, I am dedicated to ensuring you feel seen and heard with services tailored to your age, identity, and circumstance.

Cicily, BA, She/Her
Intern Therapist, Antioch University
Finding the right therapist can be challenging, especially when you're dealing with the shadows of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I blend together experiential and solution-focused approaches to offer you a supportive space where we have genuine conversations to uncover the needs that are wanting to be met in your life.
Every session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you get the most out of our time together. I am currently training in IFS and strengths-based parts work, which I truly enjoy using with my clients. Parts work touches on the cognitive and the somatic, but I also integrate stabilization tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Together, we'll figure out what works best for you by processing your stories, moving through emotions, and finding practical strategies. I’m here to meet you where you are, without judgment, and help you make meaningful progress. Let’s take this journey together.

I am a counseling intern pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Drama Therapy. I am passionate about helping people navigate the often complex and confusing process of healing from trauma and navigating the path to recovery. I especially love working with clients who are navigating experiences of the intersection of oppression/marginalization and complex trauma.
I believe that you are the expert in your own healing journey, and will always strive to meet you where you are at. I am affirming of all identities and relationship structures. I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from many theories including person-centered
counseling, expressive arts therapies, drama therapy, somatics, feminist theory, multicultural therapy, cognitive and behavioral approaches, and internal family systems (IFS).
People describe me as nonjudgmental, warm, and empathetic. If you are in a dark place in your life right now, I see you, and I’m so glad you’re here.
